About the Practitioner:

Esther Heideman has dedicated her life to the healing power of sound. As an acclaimed classical singer, Esther has performed as a soloist on the world’s most prestigious stages, including the Metropolitan Opera, Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, and the New York Philharmonic. Today, she translates her deep understanding of vocal resonance and vibration into therapeutic sound experiences.

Her path to sound healing began in China, when she stumbled upon a monk’s burial ceremony at an ancient Buddhist monastery. Mesmerized by hundreds of monks playing bowls and chanting in harmony, she was overcome with a deep, overwhelming sense of peace. Years later, during the 2020 lockdowns, Esther found herself missing the physical vibration of performing alongside full orchestras and choirs. Remembering that sacred experience in China, she began studying the ancient art of vibrational healing from the Nepalese Tibetan bowl master Alex Gopali, who helped her transform into a powerful bowl healer.

Now serving the Kilmarnock, VA area, Esther merges her world-class musicianship with Tibetan Singing Bowl therapy. Through her sessions, she invites you to experience the same uplifting, harmonious energy she feels on the stage, but transformed into a powerful treatment for your mind, body, and spirit.
